Community Resident Survey

City Seeks Resident Feedback about Use of Federal Grants

Each year, the City of Upland receives federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funds may be used for a wide variety of housing, community, and economic development activities.

In order to continue receiving CDBG funds, the City of Upland must prepare a five-year Consolidated Plan document that assesses community needs and outlines strategies to address those needs during program years 2020-2024.

To accurately determine community needs and to inform local strategies, the City is asking Upland residents to provide their input by completing a resident survey for the CDBG program and/or by attending a community meeting. To complete the survey, visit
