Library Board

The Library Board is comprised of five citizens at large, appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Council.  The Library Board serves the community by providing direction to staff regarding the informational and educational needs of the library users.  

This Board meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (no meeting in August) at 4:00pm in the Learning Lab of the Upland Public Library.  Members of this board are appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Council.  They serve three year terms.
