Inspection Scheduling
Important: Inspection requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the requested inspection date. Requests submitted after this time or during non-business hours will be processed the next business day.
To schedule an inspection, call the Inspection Voicemail Line: (909) 931-4129 and provide:
- Project address
- Permit number
- Inspection type
- AM or PM request
- Contact name and phone number
Inspection Preparation
Have the following available at the job site:
- Permit card
- Approved permit plans
Both documents are available for download through your CSS Portal account.

- Inspections are conducted Monday through Thursday
- Inspection times are not guaranteed and confirmations are not provided
- To verify your inspection, call (909) 931-4110 the morning of the scheduled date
