The City of Upland’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station Ordinance establishes an expedited permitting process for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. The ordinance helps streamline the permit review process for qualifying EV charging projects while ensuring installations meet applicable health, safety, building, and electrical requirements.
