Public Participation
Community input is an important and valued part of the process.- Members of the public may speak on any agenda item or on matters within the Commission’s authority during public comments.
- You may complete a speaker form before the meeting (optional)
- You are requested, but not required to provide your name to speak
- Speaking time may be limited to ensure all voices can be heard
- Written comments may be submitted to: UplandCityClerk@UplandCA.gov and will be shared with the Commission
- Residents are encouraged to observe the city meetings remotely via livestream on the city website, Spectrum Cable TV Channel 3, or Frontier Cable TV Channel 26.

- Agendas are generally posted the Thursday prior to the Planning Commission meeting and minutes are posted after Planning Commission at a subsequent meeting.
