Development Services Department

The Development Services Department supports the City’s physical and economic growth in accordance with the General Plan and applicable regulations. The Department provides planning, housing, permitting, and inspection services to ensure development meets local, state, and federal requirements.

Core services include advanced planning, current planning, housing programs, building plan review, permit issuance, and construction inspections.
