Public Works Construction Inspections

Public Works Construction Inspections are required for projects with approved permits to ensure construction is completed in accordance with approved plans, permits, and applicable City standards.

Once a construction permit has been issued, a pre-construction meeting may be scheduled beginning three (3) business days after the permit issue date.

Inspection Hours

Public Works Construction Inspections are conducted Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Inspections requested outside of regular inspection hours are subject to the City's overtime inspection rate.
