UplandConnect

Our new official city app, UplandConnect, makes it easy to stay connected to City services. Residents can quickly report and track issues like graffiti, potholes, water leaks, and damaged signs. The app also provides convenient access to view City events, meeting agendas, recreation classes, utility bill payments and more—giving you everything you need to stay connected with us. To download the app, click here.

To report issues such as potholes or graffiti, all app users are required to create an account using their name and email address. Reports may be submitted anonymously; however, if you would like to receive updates regarding your request, you will need to provide your contact information.
