14th Street Rehabilitation

What is the scope of the project?

The City of Upland is proposing several improvements as part of the 14th Street Pavement Rehabilitation and Utility Improvement Project.

The proposed upgrades include: 

  • Concrete – Sidewalks, curbs & gutters, driveway approaches, concrete spandrels, and ADA-compliant curb ramps 
  • Roadway paving – Asphalt pavement rehabilitation 
  • Water improvements – Installation of cement-mortar lined and coated (CML&C) steel pipe water main, improved water service connections, and fire hydrants 
  • Proposed Traffic Calming Measures – Edge lines, curb extensions, and curb bulb-outs
