The Land Development Division accepts plans for review from Applicants and/or Projects which have completed the Development Services Department’s process.  The Land Development Booklet is provided to assist Applicants with final tract/parcel map and improvement plan (grading, erosion control, sewer, water, stormdrain, etc.) submittals.
