Upland Recreation & Community Services is calling for food truck & food vendors to submit a Vendor Information Form for consideration to be selected to service the Moonlight & Music summer concert series at Magnolia Park on Thursday evenings.

To be considered, please submit a completed Vendor Information Form, along with a copy of your TFF, photos, and pricing information to sguzman@uplandca.gov.  All Vendor Information Forms must be submitted no later than Monday, April 20.
