The Housing Division is responsible for the administration and implementation of the Low- and Moderate-Income (LMI) Housing program consistent with available resources, provide for the development and implementation of housing programs to increase, improve or preserve affordable housing within the City’s corporate limits for persons or families of low- to moderate-incomes.

CONTRACTORS WANTED!!

The City of Upland is expanding its pool of licensed and insured contractors for paid housing rehabilitation projects. Participating contractors can access city-funded work featuring clearly defined scopes, competitive bidding, and ongoing opportunities at no cost to apply. The program promotes equal opportunity and encourages participation from local contractors.

Types of Work:

  • Single-Family Homes
  • Mobile homes
  • Small & Large Multi-Family
  • Health & Safety Repairs
  • Accessibility / ADA Upgrades

How It Works:

  • Submit a Contractor Qualification Form
  • Get added to the Qualified Contractor List
  • Receive invitations to bid on upcoming projects

*Please note that being added to the Qualified Contractor List does not guarantee work, but it does allow you to be considered for future projects.
