Description
A broadly pitched gabled roof set parallel to the street covers this one-story Craftsman bungalow. Plain wood posts support a small front gabled roof projecting over the central entrance. Except for the vertical slats in the gable peaks, the bungalow is sheathed with clapboard. Tripartite windows are located to the left and right of the entrance. The bungalow appears to be intact and in good condition. The only apparent alterations are the addition of shed roofs over the left portion of the porch and on the north elevation. RESEARCH NOTES: Stylistically, this bungalow dates to circa 1921; however, it does not appear on the 1929 Sanborn. 1934 residents, according to the Historic Houses and Sites file, were Miss Sirabel Hart and Jean H. Park. The present owner (1990) has held the property since 1959.
