Description
This one-story Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow is one of a handful of examples of the style in the area. Clad with stucco. the bungalow is capped by an intersecting gabled tile roof. The front facing gable extends over a bay on the south portion of the facade and is shielded from view by large shrubs. butting the bay is an arched vestibule marking the recessed entrance. The north portion of the facade is anchored by a tall chimney. Casement windows flank the chimney. The bungalow appears to be intact and in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: This house was built by the Davies in 1935-36 as a rental property.
