Description
This two-story residence mirrors its neighbor to the south. It is side gabled, with the smaller upper story set down into the first. An extension of the first floor gable is extended in a shed over a central porch. Tuscan columns carry the overhang. The building is clad in clapboard and sits on a stone foundation. The entry is offset to the north and flanked by double-hung sash. Both the door and the second story facade window have been replaced. The building appears to be in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Charles and Vera French owned this property in 1921 when the improvement was first assessed. A butcher, Charles French was a partner in the firm Russell and French.
