Description
This simply detailed Craftsman bungalow is sheathed in narrow clapboard and edged with endboards. A front facing gabled roof covers the dwelling. Projecting from the center of the facade, a second smaller gable with exposed trusswork tops a porch. The porch supports have been replaced by turned wood columns. Vertical slats fill the apex of the primary gable. Fenestration consists of a central door flanked by two windows with smaller upper than lower sashes. The bungalow appears to be in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Although this house had not yet been constructed when the 1928 Sanborn was issued, it was probably built shortly thereafter.
