Description
This one-story Craftsman bungalow is capped by a front facing gabled roof with overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. Medium clapboard covers the bungalow while lattice work fills the peak of the gable. A screened porch spans the facade. The porch is accessed by a three steps with cobblestone rails offset to the south. Resting on a stone foundation, the structure is in good condition. It is likely the screened enclosure is a later modification. RESEARCH NOTES: The Empire Realty and Mortgage Company were the owners of this property in 1924, the year the lot was split and the improvement first appeared.
