Description
An example of revival styling popular during the 1920s, this onestory bungalow is clad with narrow clapboard and rests on a stone foundation. The clipped gable roof sits parallel to the street. A shallow bay on the north third of the street elevation is capped by a front facing clipped gable. The roof extends slightly in the central third of the facade to create a hood over the entrance. Neatly divided into three bays by the fenestration, the facade contains broad windows, shaded by aluminum awnings, in the side bays. A brick chimney rises up the south elevation. The bungalow appears to be intact, other than the awnings, and in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES : Arthur and Delyte Ehresman were the owners of this property in 1923 when the improvement was first assessed.
