Description
A cross gabled roof with extended eaves and exposed rafters tops this one-story Craftsman bungalow. The main portion of the dwelling is sheltered by the side gable while the front gable caps a porch projecting from the south half of the street elevation. The porch is defined by two wood posts resting on a clapboard balustrade. The door opens to the porch and is more or less centered on the facade. One-over-one double-hung sash window are located to both sides of the door. Sheathed in clapboard, the bungalow is intact and in good condition. REBEARCH NOTES : The assessment record indicates that this bungalow was built in 1924-25. Its owner in 1925, the first year an improvement was assessed, was Elam Harman.
