Description
Wide clapboard sheathes this one-story Craftsman bungalow, A front gabled roof with slightly extended eaves, exposed rafters, and plain bargeboards covers the bungalow. Projecting from the center of the facade, an enclosed porch is also defined by a front gable. Small vents occupy the peaks of each gable. One-over- one double-hung sash windows flank the off-centered door. Flanking the vestibule are larger one-over-one double-hung sash windows. RESEARCH NOTES: Apparently this house was preceded by another one of lot 20 of the Harwood Brothers Subdivision. The 1928 Sanborn indicates that this house had not yet been constructed.
