Description
Situated at the south end of a block notable for its integrity and prominent use of cobblestone, this is a one-story Craftsman bungalow. Its cross-gable roof is low-pitched and features exposed rafters and beams. The front gable extends over a porch that spans the facade and is supported by tapered posts on cobblestone pedestals. A cobblestone wall with a jagged edge connects the pedestals to enclose the porch. Another, smaller porch, similarly treated, is located on the south elevation. Tripartite vents pierce the gable ends. Sheathed in clapboard, the building sits on a stone foundation. The facade contains an entry slightly offset to the north which is flanked by large fixed sash window. Uncompromised by major alterations, the bungalow is in good condition.
