Description
This typical, late Craftsman bungalow is one-story, sheathed with clapboard and covered by a cross-gabled roof. A projecting porch is centered on the facade under the front facing gable. The porch gable is filled with vertical slats and supported by two tapered wood posts on brick pedestals. Tripartite windows are located to both sides of the porch which contains the central entrance. A pergola extends to the south from the front gable. The bungalow is intact and in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES : According to the assessment record, Cleon and Marguerite Hill were the owners of this property when the house was built in 1925-26. Cleon Hill was an auto mechanic.
