Description
A fairly steep hipped roof crowns this one-story, turn-of-the-century home. It is accented by a central gablet containing a latticed vent. Just below the eaveline, a pent roof on posts defines an open porch. Two entries are flanked by double-hung sash windows. The building rests on a cobblestone foundation. It is unclear whether the building has always been a duplex. Asphalt shingles side the structure which is only in fair condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Identified as "680" on the 1928 Sanborn, "676" on the 1912 edition, and unnumbered in 1907, this one-story dwelling is estimated on the basis of style to have been built around 1900.
