Description
In a departure from the Craftsman and Colonial styling that characterizes most of the district, this is a simple one-story, duplex in the Mission Revival influenced Spanish style. Stucco siding and a flat roof are accented by a stepped parapet. A tiled skirt roof spans the facade between the projecting vestibules with arched openings in the end bays. Pairs of eight light casements are shaded by the hood. Apparently unaltered, the duplex appears to be in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES : John Gerry and George Gerry each had a half interest in this property when the improvement was first assessed in 1925.
