Description
A series of clipped gables adds a note of distinction to this one-story Craftsman bungalow. The main portion of the clapboarded dwelling sits under a single clipped gable roof running parallel with the street. Another clipped gable projects from the center of the street elevation to cover a front porch. Echoing the porch gable, a gablet crowns the ridgeline. A vine growing up and around two wood trellis provides an archway over the porch entrance. Two pairs of casement windows with decorative mullions flank the porch. Perched five steps up on a cobblestone foundation, the bungalow is intact and in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: In 1925 George and Laura Bundy were assessed for the first improvement on this property. Bundy was a barber.
