Description
A side gable roof tops this one-story Craftsman residence. It is accented by a central gablet filled with a vent. Rafters punctuate the eaves. Recessed across the facade, the porch is defined by cobblestone pedestals. Paired posts rise from the bases to support the roof overhang. A cross beam extends to the west to form a pergola over the driveway. Two entries appear to open off the porch. The clapboarded building is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Building contractor Robert R. Wisely was apparently responsible for the erection of this house in 1918-19 and for its neighbor to the east in 1919-20.
