Description
This one-story Craftsman bungalow is surrounded by dense foliage. A low-pitched front facing gabled roof covers the dwelling. Except for the vertical slats in the apex of the gable, the bungalow is sheathed with wide clapboard. Tapered posts support a cross beam which in turn carries another, smaller gable projecting over a porch. Exposed beams and rafters characterize the gables, with a truss visible in the open face of the porch gable. The porch contains two windows separated by the entrance. In good condition, the bungalow appear to be unaltered. RESEARCH NOTES: Edwin Lush, a painter, and his wife Elizabeth were the original owners and residents of this house. It was built in 1925-26, according to the assessment record.
