Description
Although much remodeled, a hint of the original Queen Anne influenced styling of this house remains. It is one-story, sheathed with narrow clapboards, and capped by a hipped roof. Boxed eaves and a plain bargeboard detail the roofline. The most notable feature is a three sided bay on the south elevation. It is topped by a gable from which pendants probably hung. The gable end is faced with shingles. Another gable, differently designed and apparently of later vintage, is set over a raised entry porch. The space has been enclosed. Other features include a brick interior chimney and brick siding below the windows in the bay. The house, which occupies a large parcel, is in fairly good condition.
