Description
This one-story Craftsman bungalow features low-pitched front facing gabled roofs: one covering the dwelling unit and the second, off-set to the south, covering the projecting porch. Extended bargeboards, exposed rafters, and protruding purlins accent the roofline. Pairs of wood posts resting on a cobblestone wall define the porch. The off-centered entry and a double-hung sash window overlook the porch. A pair of doublehung sash windows are located to the right (north) of the porch. The clapboarded bungalow rests on a cobblestone foundation and is in good condition. No major alterations were observed. RESEARCH NOTES: The first improvement on this lot was $500 assessed to Lillian J. Williams in 1921. Williams lived at 334 Euclid according to the 1922-23 directory.
