Description
This one-story Craftsman bungalow features low-pitched front facing gabled roofs: one covering the dwelling unit and the second, off-set to the south, covering a projecting porch. Extended bargeboards, exposed rafters and vertical slats in the gable peaks characterize the gable treatment. Tuscan columns define the porch. A door more or less centered on the facade and a double-hung sash window open onto the porch. An identical window is located just to the left (north) of the porch. Endboards trim the clapboarded structure, which is intact and in good condition. RESWCH NOTES: This property changed hands several times in the years preceding construction. From Bruce and Nellie Snow it passed to John and Elizabeth Lewis (1921) and George and Laura Ott (1923), ending up with George and Anna Brown (1928) who were assessed for a $300 improvement in 1929.
