Description
Set under a side gabled roof with slightly extended eaves, exposed rafters and triangular brackets, this one-story Craftsman bungalow is sheathed with clapboard and trimmed with endboards. A porch is recessed into the north two-thirds of the street elevation. Other than a pair of wood posts on a single pedestal which support the roof overhang, it is unenclosed. butting the porch, the south bay is capped by a front gable. The fenestration appears altered and consists of ten light, full height, casement doors and windows. Otherwise intact, the bungalow is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: This lot was improved by Ralph and Emma Ogden, who were assessed for a $750 improvement in 1921. They had acquired the land from Mertie I. Armstrong in 1920.
