Description
Flowering plants and succulents enhance the Spanish Colonial Revival styling of this one-and-two story residence. Asymmetrically massed, the bungalow is capped by front and side gables covered with tile and is sheathed with stucco. Notable features include a three-bay arcade which runs perpendicular to the street along the south side of the projecting front wing and a large front window adorned with an iron balconet. No compromising alterations were observed, and the house is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Charles & Nellie Gumprecht were the owners of this property at the time of the first assessed improvement, $1850 in 1927.
