Description
Of indeterminate styling, this in a one-story bungalow. The stuccoed structure is set beneath a side gable roof. A central bay contains a paneled entry recessed behind a flattened arch. Another arch caps a broad, multi-paned, cluster of windows in the south bay. The north bay is occupied by a flat-headed, quadripartite casement flanked by shutters. The house is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Robert B. Campbell, Jr. and Ruth C. Campbell purchased this lot in 1925. They added an improvement, which was assessed at $1200 the following year. The 1926 directory lists them at this address. Robert was the manager of Campbell Building Material Co. Mrs. Ruth Campbell was a bookkeeper at the Commercial National Bank.
