Description
The details of the one-story Spanish bungalow are hidden behind a screen of greenery. Stuccoed, the building is capped by front and side gable roofs. The front gable wing projects and contains a tripartite window centered below a diamond shaped vent composed of circular clay pipes. Another tripartite window is centered in the south, side-gabled wing. In the void created by the L-shape of the plan, a porch defined by a low stucco wall provides access to the entry. Iron grilles have been added to the residence, which is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: This property was acquired by Robert and Amelia Adler in 1927. They were assessed for an $1100 improvement in 1929.
