Description
No stylistic precedent can be claimed for this one-story, stuccoed bungalow. A side gable caps the building, with an intersecting front gable topping the north bay of the facade. The entry is more or less centered on the facade, with a shallow porch defined by a low stucco wall and piers extending to the south. A tripartite window is framed by the porch piers; another is offset beneath the front gable. The house appears to have been altered and is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Subdividers George and Etta West apparently improved this property in 1927-28. The 1931 directory lists them at this address.
