Description
This one-story Spanish residence is distinguished by a parapeted roofline suggestive of Mission Revival influence. Below the parapet on the facade, a tiled pent roof tops a two-bay arcade and a tripartite window. Another tripartite window and the entry open off of the porch behind the arcade. With the exception of an aluminum framed window on a side elevation, this stucco bungalow appears unaltered. It is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: William and Doliena Estes purchased this property in 1925 and were assessed for a $1500 improvement in 1926. According to the 1931 directory they lived at this address. William Estes was a foreman at the Water Department.
