Description
This simple, Spanish style bungalow is deeply set back on its lot. The L-shaped facade is capped by a front and side gabled, tiled roof. Beneath the front gable, the projecting wing of the "L" contains a large casement window. An extension of the gable to the south, angled at a shallower pitch, shades the entry. Both the entry and a tripartite casement window are in the recessed, side-gabled wing. They are fronted by a small patio outlined by a low stucco wall. The house, too, is stuccoed, and, apart from a porch support near the entry, apparently unaltered. It is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: One of the later houses built on this stretch of Euclid, this bungalow was erected in 1934-35 by Luella Genning, according to the assessment record.
