Description
This one-story stucco Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow has a typically asymmetrical facade with a wide front gabled wing projecting from the northern end of the side-gabled red tile roof. A shed roof extends over the arched entryway and recessed front door, in the center of the facade. To the right of the entry a large, multi-light window fills the space below the front gable. Above it, two vertical vents are set in the gable end. The southern bay also features a large window, which is almost completely obstructed by foliage. Red tile paves the porch and front steps, and awnings supported by arrow-tipped iron rods shade to two main windows. The bungalow appears unaltered and in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: On the basis of style, it is estimated that this house was built around 1925.
