Description
Most of the facade of this one-story Spanish residence is hidden from view by a tall hedge. The house is stucco clad and tile roofed. Front and side gables describe an "L" plan. A large arched window is centered in the projecting front-gabled wing. The side gable wing has been altered by the construction of a porte cochere and patio enclosure with brick piers and wood trellises. Behind the new construction, windows appear to be casement in type. Although altered, the house is in good condition. RESEARCH NOTES: Apparently this parcel was formed as a result of a lot split in 1935 or 1936. In 1936 an improvement assessment of $3600 was recorded. John Howe, who lived further north on Euclid, was the owner.
